Shipping & Delivery Policy

How soon is my order Shipped?

All orders placed for available pieces (Unstitched/ Semi-Stitched) are processed & dispatched within 2 working days after receiving your order. Orders placed with Stitching are dispatched within 5-7 working days after receiving your measurements.

This timeline may extend owing to any disruptions including but not limited to national holidays, government regulations, natural calamities or Act of God.

 

How is Delivery charge calculated?

For Domestic Orders (Delivery within India)

We provide free shipping within India irrespective of the total number of pieces, i.e.- no additional cost for any pin codes within the territory of India. Our shipping partner is Shiprocket. 

For International orders (Delivery outside India)

We deliver products worldwide (except Pakistan & Syria) that accepts orders with India as origin. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes (except Import Duty, if applicable at your destination region). Our international shipping partner is Aramex. 

 

When will my order be delivered to me?

After dispatch, usually the estimated time for delivery for any domestic order is 3-7 working days from the day the order was placed. For international orders, the estimated time of delivery is between 7-10 working days.

(Exception: In some cases where delivery is not possible due to the destination address being located in an interior location, the logistic services may get in touch with you for pick-up.)
