You are strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, modify or distribute any of our trademark content. Doing this will be considered punishable under law.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

If we have been provided with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, zip code or/and mobile number or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient, then Nyara is not responsible for misplacement or loss your package.

Price and Payment

We take utmost care in verifying the price of the order before dispatching from our end, and in case of any discrepancy in the same (i.e. whether the price was charged higher or lower than the actual price), we shall intimate you about the same. In such circumstance, you will be eligible for Full Refund of amount paid.

You are requested to note that we reserve full authority to cancel any order before and after dispatch, from our end in the case an order has been placed for an incorrectly priced product listed on our website.

 

Delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances

You are requested to understand that there might be delay in delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances. In that case, we shall reach out to you and inform you about the same. If the delivery date exceeds 2 weeks from the promised delivery date, then you will be eligible for full refund and hold the right to cancel the order.

Nyara reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problems corrupt the security, or proper administration of the service.
