Returns for Orders from India

For Unstitched Products

At Nyara, we are pleased to accept returns of your purchase that is unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged and retains the original tags for a different size or style within 7 days from the date of delivery. You need to inform us about the same by writing to with the followign information-

- Order Number

- Delivery Address

- Specify the reason for Return/ Exchange. 

Note- You need to self ship the product to B-17, Lajpat Nagar-2, Delhi-110024 


Stitched Products

In case you have opted in for Stitching facility and are not satisfied with the fit of your product, then you can write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product at along with a picture and mention the changes you wish for us to make. You can courier the outfit back to us and we will make the necessary change and ship it back to you. 

Stitched products are not eligible for return/ exchange unless you receive a defective/ damaged product i.e-

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you that is the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • The product you receive has a genuine quality and manufacturing defect.

Then you can opt in for refund in the form of Credit Note.  


You can cancel the order for within 24 hours by writing to us at Refund will be given in the form of credit note. 


  • You are requested to note that due to varying electronic screens/ lighting/ other factors the colour of the outfit may vary. You are requested to reach out to our support team and verify the exact shade number of the product before placing the order. 
  • The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are naturally occurring due to human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motives/threads will not make your product eligible for refund.

Packages received without original invoice will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse the return.
