Returns

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However in case you receive a defective/ damaged product i.e-

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you that is the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • The product you receive has a genuine quality and manufacturing defect.

 

You are requested to write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product and inform us about the same along with supporting pictures.

In the above case, if there is another available piece in the outfit you had ordered, then the same will be dispatched post quality check of the previously sent outfit. In case there is no other piece available, then you will be eligible for Refund in the form of Credit Note.

You are requested to note that due to varying electronic screens/ lighting/ other factors the colour of the outfit may vary. You are requested to reach out to our support team and verify the exact shade number of the product before placing the order.  

The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are naturally occurring due to human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motives/threads will not make your product eligible for refund.

In case you have opted in for Stitching facility and are not satisfied with the fit of your product, then you can write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product at customercare.nyara@gmail.com along with a picture and mention the changes you wish for us to make. You can courier the outfit back to us and we will make the necessary change and ship it back to you. Alternatively, we can book a reverse pick-up payable by the customer.

All returned items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without original invoice will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse the return.

Refund

Refunds will be issued only in the form of Credit Notes that can be availed on our website for an indefinite period for any product.

Cancellation

You will only be eligible to cancel the order in case the delivery is delayed by 2 weeks exceeding the promised delivery date. In this case, the amount paid by you will be refunded.
